Aardema grew up in the waste industry working in his family's hauling company in Chicago.  For the past seven years he has served as operations manager at Land and Lakes Disposal in Matteson Illinois. He has been a FILA member since its inception.

O'Brian is the acting president of O’Brian Tarping Systems and the main sales arm for the company. He began his career with the company in 1994 and eventually designed, installed and  sold tarping systems domestically and internationally

Ellington is president of Waste Away Systems based in Newark, Ohio. In addition, Ellington is involved in several community groups throughout central Ohio, including the Newark Rotary Club, Newark Area Jaycees, and NSWMA Ohio chapter. 

Mecchi has been the Vice President of Business Development for Big Truck Rental, LLC, since September 2010. Prior to Big Truck Rental, Mecchi was President of Perkins Manufacturing.  He is the current Chairman of the WASTEC Board of Governors.
