	Chairman’s Council NSWMA’s Chairman’s Council is a networking group for owners and senior managers of privately-held waste companies. The Council has an annual spring tour where members tour waste facilities to learn firsthand how others address operational and management issues. 	EIA Future Industry Leaders Alliance FILA provides education, networking and mentoring to its younger and less experienced members, to prepare them for executive advancement and professional leadership in the waste industry. More info about FILA here.

	Landfill Institute The Landfill Institute is a policy-making group within the National Solid Wastes Management Association. Members are owners and operators of landfills and consultants, engineers, and attorneys providing services to landfills. More info about Landfill Institute here.
